Founder

Rosezetta Upshaw is a seasoned business lawyer and litigator with over 14 years of experience, including more than a decade of distinguished courtroom advocacy. Known for her strategic approach and practical insight, she provides thoughtful legal counsel designed to protect and position her clients for long-term success.

Rosezetta earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California. She is a Past President of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Inc. and a Lifetime Member of the Langston Bar Association.

Her work has been recognized with numerous honors, including being named Lawyer of the Year by the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce and a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer by the National Bar Association.

Beyond her legal practice, Rosezetta has maintained a longstanding commitment to service, beginning with volunteer work in schools and juvenile detention centers. Her contributions have earned her formal recognition from the United States House of Representatives for Outstanding Service and recognition from the California State Legislature as a Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award nominee.
